Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are established by resolution. Meetings take place in the city or municipality where the Chair of the Board presides as mayor.
For 2025, meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac City Hall, 3000 Chemin Oka, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac.
The agenda will be available on the Friday before a Board meeting on the Board’s website.

All citizens will be able to view the resolutions passed by consulting the minutes, which will be posted as soon as signed by the President of the Council.
City Council meetings in virtual mode will be recorded and will be published in the days following the meeting.
